Having developed “best in class” encryption security, and having been the Chairman of the Michigan Homeland Security Consortium, Kevin launched JEMS Telehealth in 2010, the first company worldwide to offer medical-grade encryption for mobile live-streaming video.
Kevin oversees global business operations for JEMS Telehealth as it continues to expand throughout North America and Asia. Recognized as the preferred telehealth choice for healthcare providers in both private and public institutions (i.e. VA, Dept. of Homeland Security, FEMA and Hospice of Michigan).
Kevin is a member of the HIMSS Mobile Health Inaugural Committee, and Chair of Medical Main Street’s Mobile Health advisory committee. Kevin thrives on building good solid working relationships and has 30 years of experience in business, building finance and technology solutions.
Prior to JEMS Telehealth, Kevin was CEO and co-founder of Encryption Security Solutions (ESS) and Pure Entropy Technologies (PET). Both companies were acknowledged as best in class providers of encryption and cyber security solutions for private (through ESS) and public (through PET) institutions.

He is the architect and designer of the JEMS Telehealth real-time secure video consultation. JEMS Telehealth is a cloud based application that is reliably delivered to smart devices over challenging 3G/4G networks. The design has passed rigorous security screening at the DHS and numerous hospitals.
Prior to JEMS Telehealth, Ramie was the Chief Security Officer and Senior Solutions Architect at Encryption Security Solutions, LLC, acknowledged as best in class provider of encryption and cyber security solutions for private (through ESS) and public (through PET) institutions.
A cyber security strategist; senior enterprise security architect; and information security manager with over 20 years of relevant experience.
Ramie is a leader in his field and has achieved numerous security certifications, including: Certified Ethical Hacker for penetration testing (CEH); Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP); Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (CISSP-ISSAP); Certified Information Securities Manager (CISM)
He has a deep knowledge of multiple programming languages. He is experienced in implementing and managing secure software development in methods ranging from waterfall to agile, evident by producing numerous successful software releases.
Ramie has a proven background building a technology and security services company with over 30 direct reporting staff, and efficiently managing a multi-million dollar budget.
